Unfortunately, muscle weakness prevents a person from consistently applying proper posture and an injury still can disable a person for a period of time, which is why we recommend physical therapy to speed up the healing process.
Low Back Pain
Low back pain can stem from several causes. People older than 60 tend to suffer from pain associated with joint degeneration such as osteoarthritis. If you happened to twist your back, bend it awkwardly, or have fallen causing back pain, you may have a muscle strain in the low back.
Low back pain is the most common complaint among both professional and amateur golfers. Whether it’s the swing or the constant bending, back pain in golf is a typical injury affecting golfers. Since Spring is here, it is certainly golf season and so to prepare, here is a bit of advice for injury prevention.
